Tony is a highly-skilled janitorial program designer/negotiator with thirty years of industry experience. He has successfully led portfolio-wide cost savings and quality improvement initiatives for all types of outsourced and in-house programs.
A Cornell University graduate, Tony has held positions at operational, sales, training and executive levels within the janitorial and jan-san industries from 1975 through 1994. In 1995, he founded Core Management Services and has since provided consulting services to many of the world’s leading corporations, universities and buying organizations.
Tony is a member of ISSA, APPA, and IFMA, the U.S. Green Building Council and also serves on the Business Advisory Council for the business school at Cornell University.

From 1976 through 1994, Steve managed large-scale janitorial operations at several commercial and research sites. He also held sales and senior management positions, which have afforded him the opportunity to learn the janitorial services business from every angle.
Steve joined Core Management Services as a principal in 1996 and has carved a niche by specializing in specification design, cost reduction negotiation, and RFP implementation. To complement his strong corporate consulting resume, Steve has also provided consulting to many colleges and universities across the industry.
