Core Management Services is excited to announce that its own Anthony F. Maione will be co-presenting a seminar at the ISSA/Interclean 2016 show in Chicago.  Anthony is teaming up with Cleaning Management Institute’s Brant Insero to teach CMI’s Accredited Auditing Professional (“AAP”) course.  This AAP seminar takes place on Thursday, October 27 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The purpose of the AAP seminar is to “educate, certify and empower Accredited Auditing Professionals (AAP) for the cleaning industry”.  This course covers the following topics:

• How to define and measure “quality”
• Inspection tools
• Developing a Quality Control program
• Effective quality reports
• Deficiency corrective action
• How to communicate quality results with various stakeholders
• The relationship between quality and training
